A Letter to the Stars
Hosted by: In the Mood, Best of the Past, and Frankly My Dear
We classic film fans have a peculiar problem. That problem is the fact that the majority of our favorite stars are dead. Sad isn't it? And I'm sure that, like me, there are a lot of things that you wish you could tell them, but can't because, well, they're gone. That's where this blogathon starts. Letters to the stars, to the stars who have passed away.
The rules are simple...
1. Leave a comment on this post and let us know who you want to write your letter to.
2. Write the letter to your star. Pour out your soul (
3. Post your letter and send the link to alettertothestars@hotmail.com
The blogathon will be hosted on October 21, 22, and 23. No matter how many entries we get, they'll all be split up between our three blogs. Later on we'll tell who is posting on which blog/which day. I think that's all...
You can find more banners on this post that Marcela wrote. Eee! I'm just so excited!
Of course, I'm open to posting guest posts if any of you are blog-less. And I bet none of you can guess who I'm going to write to. I'm sure you'll all be surpri... no, never mind. You know who I'm writing to.
Questions? Anything I forgot? Let me know.
Until Later On~

Thanks for being a part of this, Natalie! I'm so excited to see everyone's entries! :)
ReplyDeleteOoh, ooh, I'd love to be apart of this, and what a wonderful idea of Marcela's. I've often thought about what I wish I could tell all of my favorite people. Can we do more than one? Because I just wouldn't know who to choose from between Cary, Dean, and Jean (of course, Jean always threw away her fan mail, but still . . . )
ReplyDeleteHello Runnell! Absolutely you can! As far as I'm concerned, the more the merrier! Welcome! :)
DeleteMy dear Miss Ray, I, Miss Jones, would like to join your little blog-a-thon by writing a letter to my dear Rosie! As much as I love Mama Minnie, somethings need to be said to the best singer in the world. :D (However, if the answer to R.C.'s question is yes, I might just write a letter to my parents as well. That'd be right funny!)
