So, super stoked to say that it is my turn to host The Great Recasting! Yesterday was the official beginning and you can find links to all of yesterday's posts on Rianna's blog, HERE. As I was reading through all the posts yesterday, I realized what a great bunch of people we had in this classic bloggin' community and I just want to thank all of you for being part of our blogathon. I am so enjoying reading these and I will continue to read them and enjoy them, I'm sure. But without further ado - the articles I have the pleasure of hosting:
(yes, that was me linking to myself just for those of you who might have missed it)
A Mythical Monkey makes Silent pre-make posters
Eternity of Dream recasts Inglorious Bastards
Cinematic Katzenjammer recasts The Princess Bride
Film Flare recasts Mr. Brooks
Marlene Dietrich: The Last Goddess recasts The Devil Wears Prada
Until Later On~
By the way, this is the link for Part Two of my contribution to the Recasting Blogathon -- poster of a bunch of silent era "pre-makes."

I finally finished mine for The Princess Bride. However, I went a little further and not only recast it with pre-1965 actors but also actors for a remake (God forbid).

So excited to read these, mine is hosted on Frankly My Dear.
ReplyDeleteHey, Nat, just so you know I've tagged for an award, dear. (Again! I'm always tagging you for things. But then your blog is flawless so you should get it over and over.) http://franklymydear-blog.blogspot.com/2012/07/the-liebster-blog-award-reprise.html.
