Before you all ask - no, I did not randomly decided to make Missy an APP; yes, someone actually requested this. Ain't that grand, though? My Miss deserves so much love. Also, before I start posting pics, I want to point out that Missy is an undeniably awesome person every day, not just today.
Also, you know, sometimes I feel I ought to just write a post and call it "In Defense of Barbara Stanwyck", but then I realize that, one, it would just be a 1000-word rant and, two, it's not like she gets a lot hate or anything, just that I'm mad she doesn't get as much love as other people. Then there are other times that I want to write a book called "Missy: How to Be Flawless All the Time the Barbara Stanwyck Way" - like "A Touch of Grace: How to Be a Princess the Grace Kelly Way" - but I don't know how well that would go over... ho hum. Pictures, anyone?

ReplyDeleteYesterday on TCM they had a few Ida Lapino movies! That may be one you can add to your list! Very pretty lady, funny and a very good dramatic actress as well.
Yay! Actually...*blush*...I haven't seen that one, I'm going to watch it soon though! Glad you liked it, I'm sure she's great (she always is). I REALLY want to watch some Ida Lupino movies...I think I'll make her a person to learn about at some point, and I'll put her on the APP list. :)
